WW Food & Beverage is a Canon City, Colorado hospitality group founded by Trace Hildebrand and Tanner Seufer. The group operates two restaurants: Whitewater Rooftop Social (est. 2023) and Whitewater Bar & Grill (est. 2005), two distinct concepts under one shared philosophy.
Trace and Tanner each spent over 15 years inside the Whitewater building before forming WW Food & Beverage in 2024 and officially stepping into ownership of Whitewater Bar & Grill in 2025. Their playbook is the same one they grew up on — Colorado-raised beef, original recipes, craft cocktails done right, and a relentless commitment to Cañon City.
Both restaurants donate to Fremont Adventure Recreation (FAR), the local non-profit responsible for 70+ miles of trail across Cañon City and Fremont County. It is the founding philanthropic partnership for the group, and it expands every season.

Trace grew up working at Whitewater Bar & Grill, spending over 15 years learning every aspect of the restaurant business from the ground up. After earning his business degree from CSU, he returned to Canon City with a vision to build something new while honoring the legacy that shaped him.
Tanner Seufer

Tanner grew up around Whitewater Bar & Grill, spending over 15 years at the restaurant his family built. After earning his business degree from CSU, he brought a fresh perspective to operations while keeping the soul of WWBG intact. Together with Trace, he officially stepped into ownership in 2025.
